Never Plagiarize When Article Writing

Writing

One of the worst things that an article writer can do is to plagiarize another writer’s work. This can be a disaster and can mean that the writer loses credibility as well as clients. In some cases, a person who submits plagiarized content can be blacklisted from the writing community, which means no more income for them. Unfortunately, most writers use the Internet to research their articles and it can be difficult to do so without some plagiarizing.

One thing you can do if you want to be a writer who is known for submitting original content at all times is to use a program that checks your articles. Copyscape and DupefreePro are just two of the programs that are available that check for duplicate content. Copyscape charges a minimal fee of five cents a search and actually sends back the actual web pages that have the identical content. This allows you to see where you have made your mistakes and you can easily correct them article rewriter.

DupefreePro not only allows you to check for duplicate content, but also is a great tool for UAW writing, which calls for multiple rewrites of the same document for a spinning tool. This is a free program but does not get as in depth as Copyscape does. I personally use both to make sure I have all bases covered before submitting any articles for publication.

If you want to be a good writer who is known for always offering clients original content, you need to use programs to check for plagiarizing in addition to always writing your own original thoughts and ideas and citing your sources properly. It only takes one plagiarized article to lose the faith of your clients and the writing community.

If you’re going to cite content from someone else, you need to do so in the form of a quote. It is also considered plagiarism to rewrite someone else’s article and call it your own. In this case, all you are doing is stealing another person’s ideas and rewriting them and calling them yours.

While it’s OK to use the Internet to research for your article ideas, you should be sure that your article contains your own original and unique perspectives or angle on the topic and that you are not copying the work of others. Sometimes it’s even possible to use the same phrase the same way someone else has by accident. Using copy-check tools will help you spot this and rewrite it before the article is submitted or turned in with a client.
